AHS's liability shall in no event exceed the greater of (1) the amount of any fees paid for services provided through the site; or (2) $100.00USD.

To the greatest extent permitted by law, by accepting these Terms of Use you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless AHS and its directors, officers, employees, agents, stockholders, affiliates, subcontractors and customers from and against all allegations, claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including without limitation attorneys’ fees and costs) which arise out of, relate to, or result from your use of the site.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter. Each party agrees that it shall have no remedies with respect to any statement representation, assurance, or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in this agreement.

If any provision or part-provision of this Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision or part-provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this agreement. If any provision or part-provision of this agreement is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the parties shall negotiate in good faith to amend such provision so that, as amended, it is legal, valid and enforceable, and, to the greatest extent possible, achieves the intended commercial result of the original provision.

You acknowledge that AHS may terminate and/or block your access to the site in the event that AHS determines, in its opinion, that you are in violation of these Terms of Use or its Privacy Policy.

AHS may disclose any information we have about you (including your identity) if AHS determines that such disclosure is necessary in connection with any investigation, complaint, required by law, or necessary to contact or bring legal action against someone who AHS determines to be causing injury or interference with (intentionally or unintentionally) with AHS's rights, or the rights of third-parties and other users.

AHS reserves the right to disclose any information it deems necessary to comply with applicable law, regulations, legal process, governmental request or court orders.

If AHS takes any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms of Use, AHS will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys' fees, costs and disbursements, in addition to any other relief granted to AHS. You agree that AHS will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the site as a result of any violation of these Terms of Use.

This agreement and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with its subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the state of New Jersey. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts in New Jersey shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

In the event AHS takes action to enforce rights under this Agreement, AHS shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses incurred.

Any feedback you provide at this site shall be deemed to be non-confidential. AHS shall be free to use such information on an unrestricted basis.
